Together we will review the Comparative Market Analysis, that reviews homes similar to yours - what they are listed for, how long have they been on the market and at what price the sold homes have closed. From there, we will determine fair market value and set the price.

Pack your belongings to move. The buyers will conduct a final walk-through of the property with their agent to ensure that all negotiated repairs have been made and the property has remained in the condition in which it was presented upon executing the contract.
10. CLOSING

You will sign documents with a notary at the title company. After the buyers sign their documents, the sale is complete and recorded.
You will then receive your funds.
8. PRE-CLOSING

I will guide you through finalizing all the details for the closing of the property including providing you with vendors to make any negotiated repairs, communicating with the buyer's agent and lender about loan status, and coordinating with title company for any documentation needed for closing.
